Brickanuck ships rental sets and products across Canada using reliable, trackable shipping services. Every order is packed in standardized Brickanuck shipping boxes designed to protect the contents during transit and ensure a smooth rental experience from start to finish.

Nationwide Coverage

In support of local communities and sustainable delivery practices, Brickanuck partners primarily with Canada Post — a carrier known for its “unmatched reach to every address in Canada.” This partnership allows us to ship confidently to every single mailing address in the country.

We also maintain secondary courier options to ensure continuity in the event of postal disruptions. We believe in planning with A, while preparing with B — your order will always have a path to you.

Tracking & Notifications

Every shipment will include a tracking number. You will receive direct notifications from the carrier as their package moves through the delivery network. This ensures full visibility from dispatch to doorstep.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, box size, and carrier rates.
Every rental includes a free prepaid return instructions inside the box for easy, predictable returns.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
During peak periods or special promotions, processing times may vary slightly.

Delivery Times

Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and carrier performance. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, with additional time required for remote or air‑stage locations.

Return Shipping Requirements

Customers must return sets using the original Brickanuck box and packaging materials (if possible). The set(s) must be shipped back on or before the return date listed in the customer’s account.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, customers should contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure the customer receives appropriate support.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Brickanuck currently ships within Canada only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes in remote regions where carriers cannot guarantee safe delivery.
